Four-Week Reset Protocol

Description: An intensive four-week program designed to rejuvenate well-being, incorporating personalized herbal therapies and optional massages.
Includes:
- Initial Assessment: A 60-minute consultation to establish goals, create a personalized reset plan, and discuss herbal therapy options.
- Weekly Phone Calls: Four 45-minute sessions to review progress, adjust the plan, and provide support.

- Biweekly Phone Calls: Four 45-minute sessions to track progress, refine strategies, and provide ongoing support.
- Mid-Program Review: A comprehensive 60-minute session at the four-week mark to evaluate progress and adjust the plan if needed.
- Herbal Therapy Plan: A customized blend of Eastern and Western herbal remedies, including initial recommendations and a biweekly supply of herbal supplements or teas. (Herbal formulas not included.)

- Ongoing Self-Care Recommendations: Regular updates and new recommendations based on the client’s evolving needs and progress.
